Cuka Boxing Promotions ("we," "us," or "our") operates cukaboxing.com and related event properties. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, join our email list, or contact us, and how we use that information.

Newsletter sign-ups. When you join the Fight Club email list, we collect the email address you provide and a signup source label (for example, "fight-club").

Contact inquiries. If you email us, call, or message us through links on the site, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content).

Admin accounts. Authorized staff who sign in at /admin authenticate through Supabase. We do not collect passwords on our servers; authentication is handled by our identity provider.

Automatic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and related infrastructure may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and timestamps for security, performance, and reliability.

Cookies and local storage. The public site uses minimal client storage. Admin sign-in may use browser storage or cookies so authorized users can remain signed in to the CMS.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Send event announcements, presale notices, and promotional updates to subscribers who opt in to our email list;

Respond to inquiries from press, sponsors, athletes, and ticket buyers;

Operate and secure our website, admin CMS, and fighter roster content;

Improve site performance, troubleshoot errors, and protect against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers & Sharing

We use trusted third-party services to run the site. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services:

Supabase — database, authentication for admin users, and newsletter email storage;

Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security;

YouTube — embedded fight highlight videos (we use privacy-enhanced embeds where available);

Instagram and other linked platforms — when you follow external links, their own privacy policies apply.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain newsletter email addresses until you ask us to remove them or until we no longer need them for the purpose collected.

Admin authentication records are managed through Supabase according to our operational needs and provider settings.

Server logs retained by our hosting provider are kept for limited periods for security and diagnostics.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, contact us and ask to be removed from the Fight Club list. We will process removal requests as promptly as practicable.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will honor valid requests to the extent required.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on admin tools, and provider security features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
